A law firm in Greenville, SC, is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various commercial disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex commercial litigation issues. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain and enhance client relationships through exceptional service and strategic legal counsel. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management. Stay current with commercial litigation laws, regulations, and industry trends. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and practice. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the South Carolina State Bar in good standing. 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation. Proven track record of managing and successfully resolving complex commercial litigation cases. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong client relationship management skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in commercial litigation. Experience with alternative dispute resolution methods. Established network within the commercial litigation industry.
