Patient Care Director - RN – Endoscopy Suite - Days Advance your career as a Patient Care Director where you will oversee operations over our adult and pediatric endoscopy suites. Foster a culture of teamwork, communication and respect. Work closely with world-respected physicians, nurses and scientists. Drive quality and performance improvement initiatives and assist in creating new processes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team who are at the top of their fields. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Preferred Criteria Five years of leadership experience in the Operating Room/Procedural Areas/Endoscopy Experience with union environments Required Criteria Bachelor's Degree and Master’s Degree (at least one degree in Nursing) Minimum of three years clinical experience Current New York State RN license Strong analytical, project management, presentation and communication skills Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses. Salary Range:
