Summary: GEICO’s Infrastructure Security Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior TPM who is passionate about driving business-critical strategic programs across several workstreams and stakeholders. This is a newly created organization with a deep focus on enabling optimal cloud capacity for all application teams to run enterprise-wide products. Description: GEICO is seeking a Senior TPM with a blend of technical and program management experience to help drive our insurance business transformation as we move from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and management of technology programs and projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions and guide technology decisions that align with business objectives. Our team thrives and succeeds in delivering high-quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. The ideal candidate has broad and deep technical knowledge and experience to lead and scale platform security programs. Responsibilities: As a Senior Manager, you will: Lead the adoption and scaling efforts for our Platform Security Programs: Secrets Platform, Encryption/Tokenization, and PKI/Certificate Management. Drive stakeholder engagement and platform evangelism to facilitate cross-functional collaboration with security, product, and application teams. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. With a focus on metrics-driven decision making, you'll ensure project commitments and deliverables are met, driving technical impact and business success. Own program deliverables, lead cross-functional teams to drive results, and prepare/present technical and quarterly business reviews. Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams. Qualifications: Demonstrated understanding of the underlying technology in core areas such as Security Platforms, hybrid cloud stack, IaaS, PaaS, and SRE. 7+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on private/public cloud computing or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure providers. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (ADO), and best practices. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent education or work experience. Annual Salary: $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
