Job Description - Cardiology - Assistant Professor, College of Medicine (24000001LV)
The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology in Memphis, TN is seeking candidates for a full-time, Assistant Professor position. This is a non-tenure track position. Teaching responsibilities include supervising procedures when needed, being available for resident questions regarding cross-cover or admissions, and giving feedback.
This position will teach and supervise medical students, residents, and fellows.
Basic Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must have an MD degree, be eligible for Tennessee licensure, and be board-certified in Internal Medicine.
This position will consist of 90% patient care with training Cardiology fellows, and 10% teaching & research.
