Handle transactions involving various asset classes, including mortgage loans, consumer loans, marketplace loans, and others. Assist with transactions related to solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, single-family rental properties, timeshares, and trade receivables. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and professionals. Conduct legal research and due diligence. Draft and review transactional documents and agreements. Communicate with clients and relevant parties involved in transactions. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in asset finance and securitization. Previous work in structured finance and securitization, with a focus on RMBS and/or ABS preferred.
