What You Will Do to Change Lives
Coordinates service needs and collaborates with other services and agencies. Completes assessments and determines the appropriate level of services for new members served.
Shifts Available:
Per Diem/On Call: work 1-2 shifts per week or 1-2 shifts every other week
AM, PM and NOC
Expected starting wage range is $29.00 - $34.00. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
Shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM Shift, 10% for Overnight Shift). Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift)
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
Master’s degree in Social Sciences
One (1) year of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.
Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

Telecare behavioral health program is a 24/7, Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) serving individuals of all ages experiencing mental health crisis.
MCRT is creating an opportunity for to intervene in a unique way that has never been done before in our system of care.
This program collaborates and accepts referrals from the Access and Crisis Line (ACL) and law enforcement.
MCRT will offer crisis triage and management, risk assessment, in-person intervention, and case management.
Each team will respond to calls from the mobile crisis van to provide services directly in the field.
We are building a multi-cultural, multi-racial, multi-generational, and inclusive team to help those in need.
