Position Description

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and versatile individual to serve as our Investment Research and Executive Advisory Analyst. This role equally balances comprehensive investment research with executive advisory responsibilities, providing valuable insights and strategic assistance to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Investment Research Conduct in-depth research on public companies, industries, and economic trends Analyze financial statements, SEC filings, and other public disclosures Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies Monitor and analyze market movements, earnings releases, and corporate actions Write detailed investment research reports with recommendations Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors Support the development of investment strategies and portfolio recommendations Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership Create compelling data visualizations and infographics to communicate complex information effectively Design and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders Facilitate problem-solving workshops and strategy sessions Perform competitive analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals Manage executive’s calendar and prioritize engagements to ensure effective time management Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions Database Management Maintain and update the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all database entries Develop and implement processes for efficient data entry and management Generate regular reports and analytics from the CRM to support decision-making Train team members on proper use of the CRM system Identify opportunities for process improvement and data utilization Experience and Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in investment research, financial analysis, or management consulting Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques Solid understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and corporate finance Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the ability to create compelling visuals and complex models Experience with financial databases and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Capital IQ) Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm MBA or other relevant advanced degree Experience in the financial services industry Proficiency in data visualization tools Knowledge of statistical programming languages for data analysis The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong foundation in finance and investment research, combined with excellent strategic thinking, presentation skills, and project management abilities.
