Develop predictive models to assess risk and optimize asset acquisition strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement data-driven solutions. Monitor and analyze market trends, financial data, and mortgage portfolios. Create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders to inform strategic planning. Qualifications: Proven experience as a data scientist in the mortgage industry. Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning. Experience in managing and acquiring assets. Proficiency in programming such as Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
