Job DescriptionJob Description Senior Account Manager – Middle-Market Accounts (100% Remote) We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for a fully remote position with a leading insurance brokerage. In this role, you will collaborate with a senior producer to manage middle-market accounts, including those in the non-profit, manufacturing, and property sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established brokerage recognized for its exceptional client service and supportive work environment. As a key member of our collaborative team, which includes skilled producers, account managers, and support staff, you will play a critical role in managing a well-established book of business. Compensation, Benefits, and Perks: Base Salary: $105k - $120k Comprehensive benefits package 401k Generous PTO plan promoting work-life balance Significant career advancement opportunities 100% Remote / Work from home Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, focusing on manufacturing, non-profits, and property accounts. Collaborate with the Producer and leverage support from a commercial assistant to effectively manage an established book of business. Lead the renewal marketing process with carriers and wholesale brokerages, negotiating optimal pricing and terms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.
