Position Summary: Join us as a Mobile Software Engineer II on the Walmart Business team. This is an entry-level role that will work to deliver features for the Walmart Business app. You will have an opportunity to make an impact on a growing product in an organization with significant scale. “Immigration sponsorship is not available in this role.” About Team: Walmart Business Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization. We exist to save businesses, governments and nonprofits time, money and hassle so they can focus on their missions! What you'll do: App Development and Enhancement: Take a contributing role in designing, coding, testing, and deploying feature-rich mobile applications. Technical Problem Solving: Work on a team to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues. Collaborative Development: Work closely with engineers on your team to translate user stories and requirements into functional software, contributing to design discussions, code reviews, and feature planning. Code Optimization and Innovation: Learn and implement best practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies while shipping code on a daily basis. What you'll bring: Knowledge of Swift or Kotlin: 1-2 years of experience with either the Swift or Kotlin programming language. Problem-Solving Skills: A proven ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop creative solutions, showcasing a knack for debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code to ensure smooth app performance. Collaborative Team Player: Strong communication skills and a history of working effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications on time. Academic or Work Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related areas. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science OR 4 years' experience in software engineering. Preferred Qualifications: Customer Care, Customer Service, Project Management, Retail Operations, Support, Technical Strategy, Troubleshooting.
