Apply now and redefine the future of healthcare! The Associate Director, Technology Solutions will lead a team of data professionals using data and analytics to tackle these IT challenges. The team leverages mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform complex data into advanced analytic solutions that provide high-value insights. The Associate Director has a strong background in modern data and analytics (strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, technology, etc.) and leadership skills to support a multidisciplinary team (servant leadership, team empowerment, and growth). Key Responsibilities: Collaborates within a cross-functional leadership team to continuously improve and support the broader Horizontal Engineering and IT organization. Leads a team of associates across disciplines, providing individual support, empowerment, enablement, and growth opportunities. Supports cross-functional balanced agile teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Acts as an external-facing business translator, using expertise in analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. Occasional travel for strategy meetings (typically less than 5%). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or engineering field (Statistics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science). 8-10+ years of relevant experience. 5+ years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. Understanding of end-to-end analytics platforms and disciplines (Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, etc.). Proficiency in using technology (e.g., SQL, Python) to extract and manipulate data. Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and diverse, cross-functional teams/organizations to develop appropriate requirements, scope, and delivery timeframes, ensuring on-time execution. Experience in seeing analytics solutions through from inception to production. Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a structured, disciplined, and timely manner. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic financial acumen and understanding of managing an engineering team budget. Ability to operate in both strategic and tactical environments. Preferred Qualifications: Background or experience leading Data Science initiatives. Experience working with vendors.
