has an amazing opportunity for a seasoned international tax professional to join our team. If you love tax accounting with international focus and digital transformation this may be the role for you. This position will report to our Manager, International tax accounting and will be responsible for preparation and/or review of foreign data collected and included in LMC’s federal income tax return, quarterly financial reports, tax payments, long range plan and tax provision. Responsibilities

Lead Tax Accountant will be a member of the team responsible for, but not limited to the following: Review ASC-740 data for certain branches and CFCs Prepare calculations related to E&P, dividends and cash distributions from foreign subsidiaries Prepare &/or review International tax forms (1118, 1120, 5471, 8621, 8865, 8858, 926, 8991 - 8993) required for e-filing that are included in LMC’s federal return Prepare Foreign Derived Intangible Income (FDII) &/or Global Intangible Low-taxed Income (GILTI) Prepare Foreign Tax Credit and related Expense Allocations Provide support for federal and/or international audit requests, research of tax issues, and in defending tax positions that are challenged by tax authorities Assist Tax Manager in any special tax projects such as information technology and certain business acquisitions and dispositions Assessment of Unrecognized Tax Positions Review SARBOX documentation and testing Provide guidance on maintenance of OWM workflow and other technology initiatives Other duties as assigned/necessary This position will require continuous oversight of significant projects within the department throughout the year and may require coordination with both internal and external resources The role will be a hybrid role with 1 day a week in the office to collaborate with others and connect with leaders across the organization Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years demonstrated previous experience with Corporate Tax Accounting at a large corporation or large public accounting firm Effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to create presentations and present message effectively Effective analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail is critical Intermediate level proficiency of MS office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits
