Vice President of Demand Generation Summary:

The Vice President of Global Demand Generation will play a critical role in driving Delinea's growth by developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy across all global regions. This role requires a strategic leader with a data-driven mindset who can collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver scalable and measurable results. Reporting directly to the CMO, the VP of Global Demand will oversee the global demand generation function, aligning efforts with overall business objectives, sales targets, and revenue goals.

What You'll Do: Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, lead, and execute a global demand generation strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, market positioning, and sales goals. Revenue Accountability: Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure demand generation initiatives contribute directly to bookings growth and pipeline acceleration. Campaign Development: Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid media, webinars, website, etc.) to generate qualified leads and drive conversions. Website Strategy: Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of our company's website. Ensure the website aligns with our brand identity, provides an excellent user experience, and supports our marketing and business development goals. Pipeline Management: Track and optimize the full funnel from awareness to conversion, working closely with marketing and sales operation teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and marketing performance data to continually refine campaign strategies, optimize spend, and improve ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, customer success) to ensure that demand generation campaigns are aligned with product launches, sales initiatives, and go-to-market strategies. ABM Initiatives: Partner with the Field Marketing teams to drive targeted, account-based marketing efforts, ensuring the top priority accounts receive tailored, high-impact campaigns.

What You'll Bring: 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams in B2B technology or cybersecurity companies. Strategic Vision: Proven experience developing and executing global demand generation strategies that drive significant pipeline and revenue growth. Sales Alignment: Demonstrated success in partnering with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets. Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including paid media, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, website management and social media. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Leadership: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performance teams. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with executives, peers, and direct reports. Global Experience: Experience leading demand generation efforts in multiple regions and adapting strategies for different markets. MarTech Knowledge: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Bachelor's Degree: in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
