Cybersecurity and Energy Infrastructure Program Manager

KeyLogic is the prime contractor at the
Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) , a leading research institution in energy technology development and analysis. We are currently seeking talented and motivated Energy and Program Support Leaders to join our team and support the Critical Energy Infrastructure and Risk Analysis program within the
Department of Energy's Office of Cybersecurity, Energy Security, and Emergency Response (CESER).
Position Responsibilities:
Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop, implement, and review organizational policies and procedures. Ensure policies and procedures comply with federal standards and regulations. Provide guidance and support to departments on policy implementation. Collaborate with executive leadership to align organizational policies with strategic goals. Stay updated with changes in executive branch policies and integrate relevant updates into organizational practices.
Internal Communications, Strategic Messaging and Reporting:
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support organizational goals. Craft strategic messaging for internal communications to ensure clear and consistent information dissemination. Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver key messages to staff and stakeholders. Manage internal communication platforms and tools. Facilitate communication between departments to promote organizational coherence and unity. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to critical energy infrastructure. Produce detailed technical and strategic documents, develop responses for formal inquiries, and ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication of strategic plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management and Coordination:
Manage and coordinate strategic projects, business reviews, resource allocation, and financial analysis. Ensure successful execution of strategic and operational plans across CESER and external stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree is preferred. Experience: 5-10 years in energy analysis, program management, communications, and policy development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working on projects related to critical energy infrastructure protection and resilience. Familiarity with cyber and energy security relevant federal regulations and policies.
*Salary range between $100K - $200K dependent upon experience.
