CACI is looking for
an Enterprise Architect
to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate development and oversight of the USSOUTHCOM Enterprise Architecture (EA)
Keeps updated on technical aspects of the current and future state of Enterprise Architecture.
Guides the development and deployment of USSOUTHCOM EA standards in alignment with the DOD Architectural Framework (DoDAF) and Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA)
Maintain and analyze the command EA and assess the maturity of the EA IAW EA Management Maturity Framework (EAMMF)
Supporting Command Strategies
Align EA strategies with USSOUTHCOM key strategic goals, objectives, and business processes.
Review and advise on strategic level communication plans to ensure consistency in support of strategic-level goals within the EA.
Link the EA to the command IT investment portfolios based on the Information Resource Management (IRM) strategies specified in the IRM Strategic Plan (ISRMP).
Participate in strategic requirements and analyses, future technologies planning and development, and strategic program planning in support of EA.
Integrate EA products developed by OPLAN SMEs.
Maintain awareness on strategies that support coalition network initiatives to ensure compliance within the EA.
Supporting Command Requirements
Conduct EA requirements analyses using command requirements documents and various principle planning documents such as the National Military Strategy, Joint Programming Guidance, Command Integrated Priority List, and Command Joint Quarterly Readiness Review.
Prepare a variety of non-recurring special studies, research, analysis, and actions for decision-making purposes.
Conduct reviews and provide recommendation(s)/analysis regarding requirements submissions.
Maintain awareness on coalition network initiatives to maintain standards and ensure compliance within the EA.
Supporting the Mission Partner Environment (MPE)
Participate in JIE and MPE WG meetings, accurately tracking status of ongoing JIE/MPE WG Projects to align with the USSOUTHCOM EA.
Participate in operational and technical meetings as required to support the EA’s alignment with information sharing requirements.
Support the USSOUTHCOM position and interests on DoD EA related MPE conferences and panels.
Supporting Portfolio Management
Participate on Program Management, Integrated Process Teams (IPT), and managerial and technical meetings as required to support the EA’s alignment with command programs, projects, and initiatives.
Ensure EA captures appropriate Strategic Priorities, Risk Analysis, Life-Cycle Management, Capability POR milestone architecture support and reviews.
Required Skills:
Current Top Secret w/SCI eligibility.
Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and 7 years recent specialized experience working in a geographically dispersed, medium to large network architecture (Bachelor’s degree can be substituted, with two additional years experience for 9 total).
DoD 8140 IAM Advanced Qualification.
ITIL v4 certification.
Relevant Enterprise Architect Professional Certification.
Desired Skills:
5 years’ experience working in a GCC or other Joint Service organization.

Pay Range:
The proposed salary range for this position is: $104,200-$229,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
