Thompson Gray is seeking a Functional Analyst in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Hybrid position. Job Duties: Serve as functional support for the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Support as a Command Direct Support agent and assist with provisioning utilizing Governance Risk and Compliance. Execute transactions in GFEBS in Spending Chain or Reimbursables process areas. Review and analyze commitments, obligations, and disbursements of financial data for accuracy using GFEBS ERP and GFEBS BI functions. Analyze and understand how a GFEBS process area works in practice, focusing on the detailed steps, actions, and interactions needed to achieve a desired outcome with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness while identifying potential issues. Run and monitor reports. Manage a project and track tasks, action items, integrated master schedules, and milestones.

Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field Experience: Over 3 years of relevant experience License/Certifications: Active minimum DoD SECRET Clearance required Relevant industry certification preferred, such as CPA, PMP, CGFM, CDFM, and/or CISA Software: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Capability to analyze and understand how a GFEBS process area works in practice, focusing on the detailed steps, actions, and interactions needed to achieve a desired outcome with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness while identifying potential issues. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data and translate findings into easily interpreted reports or briefings Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to clearly communicate with all levels of an organization, including senior military and government civilian personnel Exceptional attention to detail
