We are searching for a Senior Web Strategist to join the corporate communications team at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation. This individual will be responsible for leading web strategy for the Americas region corporate website and for providing brand governance and consultative support for Americas region subsidiaries and their microsites which span several industries including healthcare, life sciences, imaging and ink/graphics. As such, we’re seeking a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced shared services / in-house agency setting, who can manage multiple projects to meet the demands of a wide variety of businesses. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills as well as expertise in web strategy, UX/UI, digital marketing integration, analytics, and people management. This role requires collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across functions, including marketing and creative teams, to create and implement web strategies that support overall business objectives. This position will work closely with the department’s Senior Project and Process Manager to develop and implement project intake and project management processes. This position will also partner with IT to formalize the process for collaboration between the web and IT teams. The Senior Web Strategist will report to and work in partnership with the Director of Corporate Communications at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation. At the time of hire, this individual will manage two web developers and will be expected to assess and advise on the need for additional resources within the web team. We will also look to this individual to bring strong agency / vendor referrals to the team. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive web strategies aligned with goals of a large, global, matrixed organization. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape. User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with designers and developers to create user-centric websites that are intuitive, engaging, and optimized for performance. Identify creative opportunities to improve user experience within parameters and confines of an existing corporate website. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the web experience. Develop and oversee content strategies that enhance brand messaging and drive user engagement. Work with content creators to ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms. Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure web strategies align with digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives. Analyze and report on the performance of web marketing efforts and recommend improvements. Analytics and Performance Measurement: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure website performance and user behavior. Prepare regular reports and presentations on web performance metrics for stakeholders outside of the web/digital function, such as marketing and leadership teams. Project Management: Lead cross-functional digital projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Mentor and guide team members, providing insights, feedback and support for their professional development. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, design, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of web strategies. Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of web initiatives with business objectives. Set KPIs and oversee and track analytics, metrics, dashboards and campaign reporting across channels and develop reporting metrics to provide insights and actionable recommendations to evolve strategy, drive results. Identify trends and bring new ideas that enhance future campaign performance and measurements, while collaborating with other departments and businesses.
