A
bachelor’s degree
or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., economics, math, data science, etc.). 3+ years
of experience in financial analysis with increasing complexity over time. Proficiency with financial planning tools and systems. A client-focused mindset, with demonstrated ownership of projects and the ability to deliver with minimal guidance. The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business insights. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with independent processes to identify and correct errors. Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to move projects forward. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including creating models from scratch and using formulas for data cleansing and analysis.
