Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office is looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development. Candidates with large firm experience preferred. In addition, candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Candidates should have experience working in Massachusetts and must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
