NetSuite Functional Finance Specialist Location:
San Francisco, CA or Remote with Milestone Travel Job Summary: We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Finance Specialist with hospitality/retail experience. The candidate should be a highly skilled Functional Architect with a focus on NetSuite ERP solutions, possessing 10-14 years of experience. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of NetSuite ERP systems across various domains, particularly in Food Services and Finance & Accounting, ensuring our projects align with business objectives and drive efficiency. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite ERP solutions, focusing on enhancing business processes and system efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Oversee the customization and configuration of NetSuite to meet project goals, including modules like Multi Book Accounting, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. Ensure the integration of NetSuite ERP with other business systems to streamline operations. Conduct thorough testing and validation of NetSuite configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide expert guidance on NetSuite best practices and optimization strategies. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion. Facilitate training sessions for users on NetSuite functionalities and new system features. Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and industry trends to recommend improvements. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process. Minimum Qualifications: Hands-on experience and implementation of Record to Report, Procure to Pay & Order to Cash processes. Experience in NetSuite Business Requirements Gathering, Documentation, Fit-Gap Assessment, Solution Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live activities. Ability to lead in a dynamic NetSuite team at Onsite & Offshore. B.S., Qualification in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Certified NetSuite Professional is a Plus. CPA Certification a Plus. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/year to $132,000/year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Benefits:
