Senior HRIS Analyst
will help lead operational effectiveness of HRIS applications and modules, focusing on maintaining and implementing configurations and ensuring data integrity. The HRIS Analyst works with the leadership team to perform varied and complex tasks associated with support and maintenance of the Company's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This position serves as a technical point-of-contact and support for subject matter experts. Continually monitors both functional and business HR technology needs, designs or modifies reports, and analyzes information to meet changing business requirements. The HRIS Analyst will report to the Sr. Manager of HR Systems. Key Role and Responsibilities Provide day-to-day system support to Human Resources and the organization. Prepare end-user documentation, testing, or training materials as needed. Support HR and business priorities by staying up to date with Dayforce updates and best practices to ensure the system's optimal performance. Leads the ongoing design and configuration of Dayforce HCM, specifically with subject matter expertise in assigned areas of responsibility Serves as technical resource providing HR systems support, including training, system access, and issue troubleshooting and resolution, and system data integrity Generates and executes custom reports and dashboards within Dayforce System support and analysis of time, pay and benefits configuration, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing, and supporting implementation of HR system upgrades or updates Monitors and ensures appropriate actions taken for third-party vendor interfaces. Supports the development of the HR Systems strategy and roadmaps Partners with other team members to review training and change management needs with all projects Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field of study, preferred 1+ years experience in a position related to HRIS Demonstrated familiarity of HR functions and customer service aptitude Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgement, and discretion.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while working with HR records. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred; other HRIS platforms will be considered Experience building conditional workflows and forms in XML, strongly preferred Third party application support experience preferred Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a commitment to the overall success of the organization Demonstrative ability showing strong analytical, problem-solving skills and is cognizant of adequate response times.
