Corporate Treasury Corporate Treasury Division We're a team of specialists charged with managing the firm’s funding, liquidity, capital and relationships with creditors and regulators. Corporate Treasury manages the firm’s financial resources and minimizes interest expense through liability planning, asset liability management, and liquidity portfolio yield enhancement. The division is ideal for collaborative individuals with strong quantitative analysis skills, interest in portfolio management and a risk management mindset. About the Role Within Corporate Treasury, the Bank, Policy, and Regulatory team is a unique opportunity for individuals to execute strategic initiatives across corporate treasury and GS Bank USA. The team is responsible for supporting the management of GS Bank, coordinating policy on behalf of the division, and managing the division’s interactions with regulators. Key responsibilities include: Key liaison on matters relating to the regulator engagement and deliverables for the Corporate Treasury Division. Lead regulatory advocacy efforts related to funding, liquidity and other risks managed by Corporate Treasury. Communicate Corporate Treasury’s key agenda to regulators and other stakeholders. Establish and maintain relationships with regulators and cross divisional stakeholders. Coordinate frequent regulator meetings, including preparing materials and talking points as needed. Work with broader divisions to facilitate the input to cross-divisional regulatory deliverables on behalf of Corporate Treasury. Lead and coordinate the review and update of key Corporate Treasury policies, standards, and procedures. Present to Committees and Boards on key regulatory and risk-related initiatives and policies. Participate in agenda-setting discussions for EMEA Asset and Liability Committees, with Corporate Treasury Management. Monitor, react and respond to new risks and regulatory guidance that impact Corporate Treasury. Assist in other regulatory and risk-related matters as needed, including briefing material, talking points, material preparation, etc. Desired Experience / Skills: Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Ability to manage multiple assignments and effectively prioritize tasks. Resourceful, self-starter, with strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Able to take initiative on unstructured assignments. Experience in managing junior team members. Collaborative, team-based individual.
