We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our healthcare technology company. This strategic role will work closely with the Executive Team, Divisional Presidents, and other FP&A leaders to drive business performance, develop financial strategies, and support decision-making within the business unit. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial analysis, a strong understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, and exceptional leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams. Responsible for overall consolidation monthly reporting, forecasts, and budgets. Partner closely with the Executive teams, Divisional Presidents, and other FP&A to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth. Analyze business performance metrics, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for monthly reporting to the ELT & Board along with Board level reporting, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic implications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities, evaluate investment proposals, and support operational initiatives. Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to changing business conditions. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform financial strategies and business planning. Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and professional growth. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain effective internal controls within the business unit. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on the healthcare or technology sectors. Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership to drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire collaboration and drive results. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences. Familiarity with healthcare technology trends, reimbursement models, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable. Our Company
