Human Services Analyst to join our dynamic Office of Child Development and Early Learning team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the development of procedures, protocols, and training programs that will support the Bureau of Certification Services staff. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering training programs to ensure that procedures and regulatory compliance standards are consistently met by all certification staff. Your work will involve collaborating with other departments and coordinating with various agencies and stakeholders. You will conduct research and analysis on ongoing operations and training needs for the certification team while working closely with the policy and procedures unit to communicate the regional certification team’s needs to the Human Services Analyst Supervisor. Additionally, you will provide direct support to regional certification staff by answering questions, ensuring accurate interpretation of certification policies and procedures, and offering technical assistance. You will also identify training needs related to childcare regulations and develop training materials accordingly.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time

with a minimum of one day per month in the office or as required . In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree;
