Healthcare Litigation Associate

Our Client is seeking a mid-level health care litigation associate to join our national health care practice in our new Charleston office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, significant litigation or clerkship experience, and superb writing, research, and communication skills. The ideal candidates will possess 4+ years of experience in health care or complex litigation, with substantial writing experience, needing little to no supervision to deliver a strong final work product. Experience in litigation, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing depositions is required, with a preference for federal litigation. Candidates with experience in health care reimbursement compliance, defense and litigation, with an emphasis on government and private payer disputes is a strong positive. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
