*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ

ServiceNow Architect :

- Participate in the design and implementation of new ServiceNow platform configurations and integrations - Define and maintain ServiceNow Common Services data model (CSDM) and Employee Center Pro implementations - Develop integration solutions between ServiceNow and enterprise systems - Create technical specifications for ServiceNow platform customizations and integrations - Participate in technical governance board activities to ensure configuration-over-customization principles - Work with / in workstream teams in IT management and service/asset areas

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience in IT service management, with focused on ServiceNow platform - ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications - Extensive experience with ServiceNow Common Services data model and Employee Center Pro configuration - Demonstrated expertise in enterprise architecture components - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management principles
