Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Salesforce Solutions Architect: Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and the IES Gateway, ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation. Develop scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions to optimize grant management and financial reporting workflows. Establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Guide development teams in delivering high-quality integration solutions while adhering to established standards. Ensure all integration solutions comply with federal and state security requirements, implementing proper data protection measures. Partner with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions. Streamline grant processing, financial reporting, and compliance tracking using IES Gateway integrations. Maintain accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for integration components. Required Skills for Salesforce Solutions Architect: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years in Salesforce architecture and development. 2+ years of experience with government system integrations, including state-level eligibility systems. Expert-level Salesforce platform knowledge. Proficiency in API design, web services, and ETL processes. Hands-on experience with MuleSoft, SOAP/REST APIs, or middleware integration technologies. Strong understanding of government eligibility systems and grant management workflows.
