Description
Collect, validate, and analyze royalty data from multiple sources.
Prepare detailed and accurate royalty reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain and update royalty tracking systems and databases.
Reconcile royalty payments and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Use tools such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas to streamline processes.
Assist in transitioning to or improving automation tools for royalty processing.
Profile
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on royalties or financial data preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like Power Query and VBA.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with large datasets and databases (e.g., SQL, Access, or similar systems).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
