Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure & Broadcast Solutions Architect to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing and optimizing IT and broadcast infrastructure. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Management:
Ensure the health, security, and optimal performance of the centralized technology hub, including data centers, on-premise infrastructure, and broadcast platforms. Solution Architecture:
Architect and implement toolsets and services to support efficient, secure, and high-performance systems. This includes automation and IP hardware upgrades. Technology Upgrades:
Lead and manage capital upgrades with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Collaboration:
Work effectively with internal IT teams, business units, consultants, and service providers to ensure smooth operations across broadcast and IT platforms. Documentation & Reporting:
Document changes and improvements, ensuring technology deployments are properly tracked and maintained. Broadcast Technology:
Support broadcast-specific systems such as video routers, multicast environments, automation tools, and PRTG for monitoring. Problem Solving:
Develop and implement solutions for ongoing maintenance and improvements, including patching, rule changes, and system updates. Required Skills & Experience: Experience:
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, broadcast systems, and automation. Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of IP hardware upgrades, server patching, multicast environments, video routers, and automation technologies. Tools & Software:
Familiarity with broadcast software applications, automation tools like Crispin, and network monitoring systems such as PRTG. Leadership:
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing technology teams and cross-functional projects. Problem Solving:
Ability to address and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently while minimizing operational impact. Communication:
