As the Principle Security Analyst for Special Programs you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Raytheon and Government regulations including but not limited to the NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, DoDM 5105.21 series, Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), and the ICD-705 Technical Specification. You will provide daily support and oversight to SAPFs and SCIFS. This position is onsite and will be based at Tewksbury, MA.
What You Will Do Develop, and implement cost effective security procedures utilizing the 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07 series, the ICD-705, and Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG). Develop and implement local SOPs, OPSEC Plans, and security procedures. Support classified meetings and visits for company executives and customers. Implement the PERSEC program, including submission of PARs/PSQs. Maintain the operational readiness of SAPFs/SCIFs. Support company projects related to the development of SOPs, procedures, plans, and facility construction. Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections. Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports specifying the potential for loss or compromise and the associated risk to the program(s). Qualifications You Must Have
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Management, or similar curriculum and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs. Previous experience in Special Programs Security (PSO, CPSO, GSSO, SSO) supporting SAP and/or SCI Programs. Qualifications We Prefer :
Experience utilizing DISS and JADE At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred. Completed related training and/or certification with DCSA and/or CDSE (ex. Introduction to SAPs, ICD-705, SFPC, SPSC, PSC, etc.) What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
