About Trivium Trivium, led by CEO Mina Elias, is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our Miami team. This role provides direct support to both the CEO and his wife, Brandy Lyman, working in close coordination with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless operations. Position Summary As Personal Assistant, you will manage daily operations and provide direct support to CEO and his wife. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain clear communication channels between all three principals: CEO, Wife, and Executive Assistant. This is a variable-hours position with no set schedule or guaranteed minimum hours. Work is assigned on an as-needed basis and may include periods of high activity followed by lighter schedules, varying significantly week to week. Hours and workload will fluctuate based on needs, and you may be required to be available on short notice. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible lifestyle who can adapt to changing demands but does not require consistent full-time or part-time hours. Key Responsibilities Direct Support & Communication Work directly with CEO Mina Elias and Brandy Lyman on daily tasks and priorities Maintain constant communication with CEO, his wife, and Executive Assistant Coordinate schedules and requirements between all three principals Execute tasks and projects assigned by both CEO and his wife Daily Operations & Workspace Management Set up and maintain CEO's workstation daily Organize and maintain office space and living areas Handle mail, packages, and deliveries Manage document organization and filing systems Personal Support & Household Management Prepare daily health requirements (smoothies, juices, supplements) Coordinate meal preparation, including warming breakfast and lunch Execute grocery shopping and household supply management Handle returns and vendor interactions Assist with travel preparations, including packing and unpacking Errands & Transportation Handle various errands (post office, pharmacy, etc.) Provide reliable transportation support when needed Manage package and delivery logistics Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in executive or personal assistance Valid driver's license with clean driving record Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in office software and communication tools Strong written and verbal communication abilities Demonstrated discretion with confidential information Local to Miami area with ability to reach Brickell within 30 minutes Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting C-level executives Knowledge of household management best practices Proficiency in project management tools Background in luxury service or hospitality Schedule & Availability On-demand availability required Part time with flexible schedule including potential evenings and weekends - Immediate start available In-person position based in Brickell, Miami Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience Semi-flexible work hours Professional development opportunities Dynamic, fast-paced work environment To apply for this position, fill up this form:
