We are looking for a motivated and skilled Product Owner to join our team and help drive the development and success of our products. As a Product Owner, you will be the key liaison between our business stakeholders, development team, and other departments to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, defining product vision, setting priorities, and ensuring the product delivers maximum value. Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision :

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Ensure the product's objectives align with customer needs, market trends, and company goals.

Backlog Management :

Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects the strategic direction and that work items are well defined. Break down complex requirements into clear user stories and tasks. Regularly groom and refine the backlog to reflect changing priorities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing, sales, UX/UI designers, and development teams to gather requirements and ensure product success. Act as the point of contact for product-related queries, gathering input from internal and external stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations, balancing competing needs and timelines.

Product Development & Delivery :

Work with the development team to ensure user stories are well understood and translated into actionable development work. Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Ensure timely and quality product releases by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring user acceptance testing, and resolving blockers.

User-Centered Focus :

Advocate for the end-user experience and ensure that the product solves real user pain points. Collect and analyze user feedback, usage data, and other key metrics to refine the product and improve user satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement :

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, collaboration, and product outcomes.

Basic and Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience)

3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment. Bachelor's degree (Required) Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Experience with user-centered design and UX/UI principles. Familiarity with SaaS Certification in Project Management (PMP preferred) Scrum (CSPO, PSPO) or similar Agile certifications. Minimum Job Skills, Abilities and Qualifications

Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent active listening skills Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple stakeholders with competing interests. Scrupulous requirements documentation Capacity to conduct or assist with cost/benefit analysis Ability to prepare project plans and product roadmaps where applicable Proficiency in project/product management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Understanding of SDLC Key Competencies
