Primary Function
The Content Marketing Lead plays a pivotal role in working cross-functionally to plan, execute, optimize and measure content on Newrez web properties, driving engagement among our target audiences and opportunities for recapture
Principal Duties: Content Development: develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals to drive engagement, improve SEO, and attract target audiences. This includes identifying key content themes, planning editorial calendars, and ensuring content aligns with broader marketing campaigns. Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content writers, designers, product and marketing teams to oversee production of high-quality articles, blogs, and other content. Ensure content meets brand guidelines, resonates with audiences, and maintains a consistent tone. SEO and Performance Optimization: Work with Manager, Website and Portal Marketing to implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Regularly analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions) and refine content strategies based on data-driven insights. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align content with company messaging and promote new products, services, or initiatives. Work closely with the marketing team to integrate content into campaigns across different channels. Performance Tracking: Compile and interpret appropriate web performance KPIs for Monthly & Quarterly reporting; periodically develop comprehensive Keyword Research reports to inform content strategies. Utilize A/B testing methodologies for ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive performance. Performs related duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years' experience in content marketingor digital marketing Mortgage industry experience highly preferred. Financial Services company experience a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Content Strategy and Planning: ability to design content strategies and editorial calendars that align with overall marketing goals. Project Management Skills: Experience managing content projects, timelines, and workflows to keep content production on schedule. Knowledge of SEO best practices and on-page content optimization. Experience with A/B testing methodologies for landing pages. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Semrushare a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is expected to be in the $75k - $85k range, depending upon experience.
