Description
Terminal Supply Company provides superior MRO parts and service for 57+ years. Industries we serve include but not limited to truck, trailer, and heavy equipment repair. Fleet and municipality service and repair as well as vehicle up-fitting and modification. We supply full lines of terminals, wire, electrical components, fasteners, lighting, safety products and hydraulic power fittings and hose. We also provide custom cable and wire harness assemblies to specialty vehicle manufacturers and many other customers.
Our Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing positive selling relationships to a variety of customers including: prospective, active, inactive, key/national and new accounts. The Insides Sales Account Manager will be expected to meet monthly sales quotas and must also be customer service focused and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.
This position become remote after 2-month on-site training in Troy MI. Applicant's must live within the area.
Requirements
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions Generate new business through lead generation, outbound calls, and follow-up on inbound inquiries Maintain and update CRM system with accurate account and contact information, sales activities, and pipeline status Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Continuously identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients Salary & Benefits
$50,000-$60,000 guaranteed salary plus commission Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401K profit sharing PTO Wellness Program Established sales territory
