Design and implement robust automation test frameworks using XCUI and/or Espresso for iOS and Android applications. Ensure automation processes are continuously running, analyzing test failures, and providing prompt reporting. Collaborate with leadership to research and implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and automation strategies. Work with global teams and external vendors to define testing environment requirements, select automation tools, and ensure best practices. Drive an end-to-end testing strategy across multiple platforms and influence future technology decisions for the QA department. Collaborate with product teams and Scrum Masters to align testing schedules and provide transparent metrics reporting. What You'll Bring:
MUST HAVE: Automation Testing experience with a strong preference for candidates in or near Westlake, TX. 3+ years in Mobile Application Development. 5-7 years of experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks. 3+ years of experience developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts. Hands-on experience with XCUI and/or Espresso. Proficiency in coding with Java, Kotlin, Swift, or other object-oriented programming languages. Experience with Sauce Labs or similar tools. Familiarity with industry-standard tools for bug logging and test case management (e.g., JIRA, MTM, Zephyr, HPQ). Ability to manage multiple geographically distributed projects while delivering on concurrent releases. Strong understanding of mobile development for iOS and Android. Experience with CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies. Financial or Trading services industry experience is a big plus! The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.00 to $53.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
