Job Description:

As a Remote Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our professional client base and driving sales. Clients you typically will work with are Architectural Firms, Contractors, Interior Designers, Property Managers, and Real Estate Developers who have enrolled into our Lamps Plus Pros program.

Your primary responsibilities will include: Client Acquisition and Development: Actively engage with a large volume of new potential Pros customers, particularly those who recently applied to join the Lamps Plus Pros program, as well as re-engage existing accounts that are less active than desired. Build strong relationships with existing clients to increase order frequency and sales volume. Proactively reach out to clients through outbound calls and emails. Sales and Account Management: Conduct consultative sales calls to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to your book of 500+ trade accounts. Maximize profitability through price negotiation and proactively selling high margin Lamps Plus exclusive products Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities. Negotiate pricing to optimize profitability. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Track and manage client accounts using CRM tools to ensure efficient follow-up and account growth. Performance and Results: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators. Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients. Job Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a solutions-based selling environment and lighting experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Excellent time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently in a remote setting What We Offer:

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, constant phone and computer use is required. This would require constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, telephone, and computer printer. The applicant should be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
