Job Title: Managing Enterprise Architect - Oracle Cloud Finance - Solution Architect
Job description: The role will be of a Solution Architect for Cloud Finance focused on designing and implementing technology solutions In ERP Cloud. The primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders to gather accounting requirements, Play a Solution Architect Role, liaise with offshore team and the client that enable our clients to meet the changing needs in the implementation. The selected candidate be able to drive collaboration with business, technology, and vendor teams to determine functional and non-functional requirements, assess technical impacts, and develop solutions. Interact with customer process owners and SMEs to understand and analyze various processes. Assess the overall status of each module within Oracle Cloud ERP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the definition and management of the ERP technology roadmap strategy and execution, including tech standards & policies. Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans. Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality; Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations. Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. Configuring the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet client requirements (as and when required). Responsible for creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs. Lead and conduct CRP, SIT, Training and UAT along with Onsite Team. Review and Develop end-user documentation and training materials. Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables. Participation in pre-sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of sales proposals and statements of work (for permanent position only and not for sub-con). Drive organization-wide F&A process optimization. Evaluate existing and emerging technologies on a regular basis to augment NextGen Digitally mature organization. Required Skills:
Experience in Costing and Cross track Supply chain touchpoints is preferred Good Analytical skills and Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel. Experience in supporting Oracle Cloud projects including incident management, problem management, patch analysis, root cause analysis, automations, and handling high severity issues within SLA. Experience in coordinating with Business and other teams on issues, enhancements and projects Experience in working with offshore teams to provide seamless support to client. Should be able to Co-ordinate with Business Users, Inter track and Client leadership Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Demonstrated expertise in Experience in Oracle implementations. Overall 15+ yrs exp with at least 5+ years of experience as lead/solution architect with strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials Should have End to End Implementation experience with AP, AR, FA, GL, CM & Taxes Should have sufficient knowledge on cross track cloud offerings - EPM Cloud, SCM and Procurement Cloud. Business Process Transformation experience is a must - changing existing business processes to take advantage of opportunities for improvement in customer service, efficiency, data quality and reporting presented by the new ERP system. Should have clear understanding of Finance tracks and their intertrack dependency. Candidate must be willing to travel or be willing to relocate to the area. This position will require travel to client locations Bachelor's degree/ or Masters from an accredited institution.
