Roles & Responsibilities •Providessecond-line investigation and diagnosis. •Resolvesand closes incidents/service requests as per the procedures & allocatedtimelines •Logsrelevant incident/service request details as per process in ITSM tool. •Communicateswith client regarding incident progress •Ensurestickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved •Complieswith Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) and IT policies •Liaiseswith clients, IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary •Performsstaging of PCs •PerformsIMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) of End user hardware (Laptops, desktops,mobile devices, printers, desk phones, meeting room devices etc). •Conductshardware and software maintenance and support •Troubleshootsand resolves PC incidents and/or VIP requests •Assistswith Site Security Officer (SSO) on IT security issues and virus elimination •Creates/maintaindocumentation for scope of work •Specialevents coverage, meeting room & VCON & voice devices support •Centralizedhardware and Spare part stocking and local site inventory management and assetmanagement •Stockmanagement •Break fixservices to nearest small sites - leveraging shipping options (Device exchangeor Loaner PC) •Hardwarevendor coordination for Break fix •Imaging& provisioning of devices. Setup and build workstations •UpdateAMDB including hardware and software •PC andother devices - logistics management •Coordinateactivities with third parties to resolve the IT issues or complete servicerequests •Followstandard operating procedures as documented in the knowledge management system. •Providingtrainings / demos when needed to end users •Onsiteadmin tasks e.g. backup, OS migration. •OnsiteOperational support of Industrial mobility devices •Mobility- Operational support for company owned mobile phones / tablet devices and BYOD •AssetDisposal •Coordinatewith regional/global support groups for end-to-end request resolution andescalation. •Operationalsupport ofBuyer certified standaloneprinters (driver installation / connectivity and printer software relatedtroubleshooting •Operationalsupport for non-network connected HBO AIO Printer / Scanner / Fax •Loading/Reloadingof PCs with standard image for deployment of CME Kiosk Machines
