We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of ERP Implementation to lead our technology initiatives and drive our digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT leadership, with specific expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and ERP implementation. This role is critical in ensuring our IT infrastructure supports our strategic goals and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Strategic IT Leadership:

Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. M&A Integration:

Lead IT due diligence and integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless technology integration and data migration. ERP Implementation:

Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP systems to enhance business processes and data management. Team Management:

Build and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Cybersecurity:

Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company data and systems. Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Budget Management:

Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on M&A and ERP implementation. Proven track record of successful ERP system implementations and integrations. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
