Job Title: Accounting Assistant Manager
Location: Norcross, GA
Report to: CFO
The Accounting Assistant Managerwill perform the following tasks under the leadership of the Product Management Team:
Responsibilities: To ensure daily operation, monthly and yearly financial closings
Daily Operation
  • Maintain daily cash flow
  • Review proposal and issue Credit memo: Incorrect invoicing, damaged material, display support, rebate, special project, necessary for inventory adjustment etc
  • Special request by executive members
  • Reconcile related party transaction - HLCC and HLCA
Preparing month closing file
  • Record all AP transaction including warranty and rebate
  • Review detail general ledger (Hanex sales may record in the Hanstone account or vice versa)
  • Make depreciation schedule
  • Find any transaction for prepaid expense or advance payment
  • Monitoring any related party transaction
  • Compare F/S and actual report (AR, AP, Inventory and Sales reports)
  • Generate monthly report for NJ and Korea reporting purpose (BS, IS and Cash Flow)
Quarterly/ Yearly
  • To ensure each state & federal requirements
  • Prepare for Audit
  • Bank, Corporation, State, Federal info. Update in case of LLC member change

  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors professionally
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual Korean & English
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
  • 5-7 years of general accounting experience
