Job Description:
Post Closing Specialist is responsible for providing escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare deals. Supports real estate transactions by offering administrative and support duties within an escrow process framework.

Job Description:
Post Closing Specialist is responsible for providing escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions, including resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare deals. Supports real estate transactions by offering administrative and support duties within an escrow process framework.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate final review and timely recording of title documents with the County Recorder's Office
- Administer administrative support for preparing loan packages for transfer to financial institutions
- Audit documents, deposit funds, record transactions, and reconcile files
- Ensure proper recording progression of transactions, schedule real estate contract aspects, and timely distribution of legal documents to involved parties
- Deliver closing and collateral documents, monitor post-closing items, and ensure proper file closure and fund distribution
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines
- Understand the interconnectedness of assigned duties within the team and related teams
- Impact team through quality support provided, solve problems, and communicate moderately complex information
- Work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach and manage workload independently
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
- Knowledge of real estate documents
- Recording experience preferred
- Administrative support in loan package preparation
- Audit, fund deposit, transaction recording, and file reconciliation
- Understanding of legal document distribution in real estate transactions
