Production Operators for 1st Shift
for a manufacturing company in
Lake Forest, CA.
As a
Production Operators
you will: Work in manufacturing shop environment Responsible for production of fuel tanks and pressure vessels Tend to various industrial rotating machinery ensuring that production process goes smoothly Load and unload raw materials as needed Ensure that correct composites, fibers, and resin is being used Support filament winding process by squeezing resin onto surfaces as needed and cleaning the tools Assist in rotational molding (Rotomolding) by prepping fine powder materials to filling the molds Secure the mold before starting rotation process and remove molded part after rotation is complete Assist in "Boss Recovery" inspecting and addressing any imperfections or defects on raised plastic features (bosses) of molded parts Inspect for thinness, uneven thickness, or sharp edges Assemble tubing parts and install foam domes Assist in packaging as needed to prepare tanks for shipment This is a

opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of using assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment. Knowledge of mechanical assembly process. High School Diploma or equivalent ASME Yl4.5 drawing reading knowledge preferred. Automobile mechanic experience and ability to operate a forklift, also a plus. Schedule : Monday to Friday 1st Shift 4am or 6am start time (8-10 hr work days) depending on department Pay Rate:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour + OT
