Job Description:

Fabricate crystal rods per specification and production schedule All aspects of fabrication including polishing, cleaning, and inspecting crystal substrates Follow technical work instructions and understand engineering blueprints Enter data via process sheets and/or a computer data system Maintain equipment and tooling, as well as maintain a clean organized work area Must maintain quality, health, and safety throughout the production cell

Job Specifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or two-year technical degree is preferred Ability to work with small parts – manual dexterity is required for handling laser rods, slabs, and other precision optics/parts Experience with a microscope and hand-held measuring devices is preferred Basic math skills are required Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required Good verbal and written communication skills are required Good visual acuity Shift Flexible is preferred 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing and/or fabrication preferred. Regular, consistent attendance is required
