Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems. Troubleshoot and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Conduct diagnostics and repairs on production machinery to resolve electrical and mechanical issues. Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify issues and determine solutions. Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and safety. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years
of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong troubleshooting skills with VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics. Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
