Marketing and Communications team . This role will focus on developing and executing broad strategic marketing plans across KBRA including advertisements, social media, and email campaigns to promote brand awareness amongst our various products and sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive our marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility. This is a hybrid role based out of KBRA's New York office.
Key Job Requirements: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Create and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital/print). Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize engagement. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad campaigns. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers across all platforms. Produce and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. Segment audiences and personalize email content to improve engagement rates. Utilize A/B testing and data analytics to optimize email performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Sales, Business Development and Product/Technology to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to enhance strategies through robust tools. Use marketing analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance. Key Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing strategy development and execution. Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Advanced knowledge of project management software is required. Knowledge of Adobe Marketo or similar email campaign software is required. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills; ability to expertly and efficiently multitask. Creative and critical thinker who is adaptable. Background knowledge of credit ratings, bond markets, and/or debt securitization a plus. Salary Range:
The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $180,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
