Business Architecture Associate Director

(Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business Architecture Associate Director in Atlanta, GA, and the job duties are as follows: Lead the discovery of client Oracle Product Lifecycle Management needs, requirements, and priorities. Develop Proposals and Statements of Work, and respond to client requests for information, proposals and quotes, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution demonstrations. Architect enterprise PLM solutions, leveraging the Oracle Cloud platform and Accenture solutions and intellectual property. Define and manage the data migration and integration strategies, solution extensions and enhancements, reporting and testing, and training approaches and strategies. Manage enterprise Oracle PLM engagements, deliverables, and client relationships, and manage the corresponding Accenture and client teams and roles (resources and responsibilities), as well as project communications, budgets, risks and issues, and escalations and resolution. Lead the determination and design of sales, marketing, and implementation artifacts and collateral that relate to Accenture PLM and which drive awareness and differentiation in the Oracle PLM ecosystem. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management and lead people within the structure and organization. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following: Assessing client requirements and defining strategies, approaches, implementation plans, and efforts for Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM); Architecting Oracle PLM Solutions using Oracle Agile PLM or Oracle Cloud PLM; Leading the enablement of Oracle PLM best practices by balancing standard product functionality with industry and client needs and priorities; Defining and architecting solutions and intellectual property that complement the Oracle suite of PLM products and modules; Managing and implementing end-to-end Oracle PLM solutions across industries, including, medical device, high-tech manufacturing, industrial, and consumer products; Leading teams in Oracle opportunities and pursuits, demonstrating expertise in skills, solutions and intellectual property, methodologies, and experiences; Developing project, architecture, solution, and intellectual property and marketing collateral, relative to Oracle PLM platforms; Mentoring project and internal teams in Oracle PLM implementation skills, solutions, and best practices, as well as career counsel and skills acquisition.
