Develop the state of the art in traffic and behavior modeling to capture real-world behaviors as closely as possible. Manage a team to develop realistic behaviors for simulated cars, pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorcyclists to populate the simulated world. Build technical roadmaps that meet product requirements and lead work on the team towards those goals. Leverage technical expertise to communicate with engineering leads, assessing technical trade-offs and their impacts on project scope, risk, and timelines to meet product goals. Develop processes that promote organizational efficiencies, and improve speed of alignment, decision-making, and execution. Qualifications
