Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to join our team, dedicated to designing, deploying, and managing robust cloud solutions that support our business’s evolving technical requirements. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive the architectural vision, strategy, and technical implementation of Azure solutions that enhance our operational efficiency, scalability, and security.
Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement cloud architecture on Microsoft Azure to support business goals.
Analyze and identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Azure.
Architect scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA/DR considerations.
Provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption, migration, and optimizations.
Develop cloud strategies that align with business objectives, performance requirements, and security needs.
Act as a technical advisor, ensuring cloud solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
Lead Azure-related projects, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Build and implement Azure infrastructure solutions including virtual networks, storage accounts, databases, and Azure AD.
Design disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure business continuity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill technical needs.
Work with software engineers, DevOps, and operations teams to design and implement automated deployment solutions.
Implement Azure best practices for security, governance, and compliance, including role-based access controls and data protection strategies.
Monitor, evaluate, and enhance security measures to protect cloud infrastructure.
Proactively monitor Azure resources, optimizing costs, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
Develop policies and standards to streamline Azure environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Azure Architect, with at least 3 years of experience in cloud architecture.
Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, ARM Templates, or Azure CLI.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Strong understanding of network security, data protection, and compliance in cloud environments.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Networking Technologies and configuration (routers, switches, load balancers, wireless, SDWAN).
