Mulligan Funding is experiencing strong growth and seeks a self-motivated, high-performing Account Representative to join our Account Servicing and Collections Team. As an Account Representative, you will build and foster relationships with business owners who have borrowed from Mulligan Funding and require repayment assistance.
You will:
Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly quotas by diligently working towards collection targets and contributing to the team's overall success. Develop genuine relationships with small business owners by understanding their unique situations and showing empathy and support throughout the collections process. Actively mitigate Mulligan Funding's monthly losses by employing effective collections strategies and offering creative repayment solutions for clients. Utilize exceptional sales and negotiation skills to arrange payment plans and settlements with delinquent merchants, focusing on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes. Pre-qualify merchants for workouts and modifications to existing fundings by thoroughly reviewing their financial situation and determining their eligibility for alternative repayment options. Conduct comprehensive risk evaluations of merchants by assessing their financial health, credit history, and other relevant factors to determine the likelihood of repayment. Provide continuous feedback to our Underwriting and Credit teams on potential trends in our delinquency population, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our risk assessment and management processes. You have:
A High School Diploma or equivalent; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience collecting commercial debt. Comprehensive knowledge of FDCPA, state, and federal laws. Advanced skip tracing techniques preferred. Exceptional listening and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to multitask during conversations. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Salesforce. Strong analytical skills for reviewing bank statements and company P&L. Professional demeanor and attitude. We offer:

A reasonable estimate of the hourly range for this role is $24.42 to $31.83. With this position, there is also additional earning opportunity that will be discussed upon receiving an offer of employment.
