As a MongoDB Architect on our team, you'll translate your customer’s IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architecture products, design specifications, statements of work, requirements, and scripts. Through your leadership, we’ll help transform the way our client uses technology, including cloud migration, integrating advanced technology, and modernizing legacy systems. You will also mentor the next set of developers to help them grow into tomorrow’s solutions architects. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. You Have: 5+ years of experience in designing database architectures using MongoDB
Experience with cloud-based database solutions
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of MongoDB, including its features and functionality and limitations
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in database architecture
Knowledge of database design and optimization principles
IRS Suitability
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have: Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Possession of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Master’s degree
Vetting: Applicants selected must possess an active IRS Moderate Risk Background Investigation (IRS MBI) and meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client of an IRS MBI; IRS Suitability is required. Compensation: The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Work Model: Our people-first culture prioritizes the benefits of flexibility and collaboration, whether that happens in person or remotely. If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
